What is leadership and organizational coaching?

Coaching is a process: whether it is an individual leader or a team of leaders, coaching is the process of moving you from where you are to where you want to be. It’s not consulting or mentoring, supervising, or managing, and it’s not a form of counseling or therapy. It’s about building your vision from your values and then growing and moving toward an amazing future for yourself, your team, and your organization!

What happens during coaching?

A coach partners with clients to identify goals and then explore the fastest path, and actions steps, to those goals. This often requires identifying known and unknown obstacles which may prevent the client from taking the most effective actions.

A typical coaching engagement would be two to three meetings per month, in person or virtual, with each meeting lasting about 50 minutes.
