As a coach, my passion is to challenge clients to grow in the profession of leadership.

Small business owners and non-profit leaders have a unique set of challenges which often benefit from an outside perspective. I have developed that perspective in my 30+ years of working directly with owners and founders of small to midsize organizations, both for-profit and non-profit.

With over one hundred hours of ICF Certified training through Professional Christian Coaching Institute (PCCI) and certifications with: RightPath, Working Genius, and Judgment Index, I am equipped with the right tools to serve my clients. Those tools allow me to take a client-centered approach, whether in a one-on-one engagement or a comprehensive organizational program.
